     除氧后水中(zhong)溶氧量(liang)≤7μg/L,完全符合(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)《火力發電廠水氣標準》并(bing)達到美(mei)國(guo)(guo)(guo)ASTM、英國(guo)(guo)(guo)、日本火力發電廠水質標準。

※適應性強

※節能效果顯著

    排汽量(liang)小于出力(li)的1‰,比(bi)其它型號同出力(li)的除(chu)氧器少1/2-1/3,且不需另加排汽冷卻器,該型除(chu)氧器可用于滑(hua)壓(ya)及定壓(ya)運行,當滑(hua)壓(ya)運行時可降低熱耗(hao)4Kcal/Kw,一臺(tai)200MW機組(zu)年節標準煤800t/年。

三(san).結構特點:    

(1)起膜(mo)管(guan):膜(mo)式(shi)除氧(yang)器的(de)關鍵部件,采(cai)用國(guo)外(wai)引進技術,多孔位數控定位加工(gong)成(cheng)型,保證了(le)射流(liu)孔的(de)定位準(zhun)確性及加工(gong)精度。    

(2)水(shui)(shui)箅(bi)層:采用(yong)弧形(xing)管,也就是半圓管進行合理的錯位布置,使水(shui)(shui)流再次分(fen)配,形(xing)成片(pian)狀薄膜水(shui)(shui),更好地(di)與蒸汽接觸(chu)實(shi)現傳熱、傳質。    

(3)填(tian)料層:采用(yong)專業(ye)編織的Ω形網(wang)狀(zhuang)細絲不(bu)銹鋼(gang)網(wang),該網(wang)蓄熱(re)系數高(gao),分離率高(gao),氣阻小,可對(dui)給水進行(xing)深度(du)除(chu)氧(yang),是(shi)目前最(zui)理想的除(chu)氧(yang)填(tian)料。    

(4)再沸騰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi):在(zai)除氧水箱中加(jia)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)了(le)帶有渦旋噴嘴結構的(de)再沸騰裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),在(zai)投運時減少振動和水擊(ji),并(bing)提(ti)高了(le)加(jia)熱速度,有利于(yu)殘余氧的(de)排(pai)出。

(5)由于膜式除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)器傳熱、傳質系數大,所(suo)以允許(xu)淋水(shui)密度也比一(yi)(yi)般除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)器大,因此它(ta)的除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)器頭直徑也允許(xu)較一(yi)(yi)般的除(chu)(chu)氧(yang)器小。 

 四.定(ding)貨提供數(shu)據(ju)

    1:旋膜式(shi)除氧器的出力(T/H)及配備水箱有效容(rong)積(ji)(m3)。

2:旋膜式除氧器的工(gong)作壓力,溫度。。
